Abhi
Passionate about yoga since a very young age, Abhi was inspired by his father who was also a yoga instructor. His journey in yoga has been enriched by participating in and winning numerous yoga competitions. He began teaching yoga 8 years ago, starting in Dubai, followed by stints in Vietnam, Bali, Antalya in Turkey, and finally Singapore. With a wealth of experience in teaching yoga, Abhi is deeply passionate about sharing his knowledge and skills.
He believes, “Yoga is not just a workout, it’s a work-in.” He emphasizes that “the journey of yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” His classes are a testament to his dedication and belief that “when you listen to yourself, everything comes naturally.”
Also a qualified Pilates teacher, Abhi invites you to join him on the mat to “discover the power of stillness and the strength of serenity.”
Dayson
A specialist in yoga whose journey began from his 200 hours of teaching.Dayson says that he had a divine guidance from divine enerygy to
enter into the path of yoga teaching.His style of teaching comprehends the style of mindfullness of practice translating into functional side of asanas into our body.
As the word "Yoga" means bringing the mind and body into one, bringing the yin and yang energy is the style of teaching that he would like to transcend in his sessions.His go to quote is-:"We don't choose yoga, yoga chooses us."
Jex Chiang
Meet Jex, a passionate and dedicated teacher specializing in aerial yoga. With a deep understanding of both the physical and mental benefits of this unique practice, Jex helps students of all levels experience the freedom and strength that comes with working in the air. Whether you’re looking to deepen your flexibility, build core strength, or simply release tension, Jex’s classes provide a safe and supportive environment to explore and grow.
Her teaching style combines mindfulness with playful exploration, encouraging students to trust themselves and embrace the joy of movement. With Jex, you’ll not only learn the technical aspects of aerial yoga but also discover a sense of empowerment and relaxation that extends beyond the studio.
Shuen
First introduced to yoga 7 years ago, Shuen began her journey as an attempt to discover an outlet for healing and recovery, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Shuen incorporates gentle meditation and breathing techniques and specializes in traditional yoga and modern wheel yoga to facilitate the recovery from daily physical exhaustion, in turn instilling a strong and reinvigorated presence on the mat.
Shuen is a passionate listener and ensures that all of her student’s voices are heard. She is eager to learn from teaching and to teach by learning, in order to provide her students with the most enriching and fulfilling yoga experience.Rachel
A certified Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor with over two decades of experience in the dance and fitness industry, teaching various fitness programmes. Rachel's journey with Pilates began as a means to prevent injuries during her intensive dance training.
She ensures that her students receive the highest quality instruction & is passionate about sharing the transformative benefits of Pilates. Her classes are designed to support individuals in preventing injuries, enhancing flexibility, and maintaining functional, pain-free movement.
Linda
Linda has been teaching yoga for the past 10 years and recently has been teaching Pilates mat and reformer classes. She is a strong believer of leading a healthy and active lifestyle and to live a life of balance through her yoga practice and other sports activities. Her classes are clear and engaging and focused on building strength, flexibility and mind body awareness.
Linda strives to provide a safe and conducive environment for students of all ages and capabilities to learn and grow together.
Susan
Susan encountered her first Pilates experience in Denmark, 2002. Years after when shewas plagued by several sports related injuries, she found a solution and relief from
these aliments.
With Pilates, not only had her injuries diminished significantly, she also discovered the
numerous benefits of keeping fit thru Pilates, which includes improvements in her
posture, strength, mobility and flexibility.
Susan did her four international recognized Comprehensive Certification (Mat,Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Barrel) with STOTT Pilates, PAI, Smart Movement and
Balanced Body between 2009 to 2022.
From there on, the qualifications start to snowball, with Susan attending workshops on
Post-rehabilitation Pilates (The Sacrum and Lumbar Spine, Cervical Spine,Shoulder, elbow & wrist, Hip, Knees, Ankles & Foot).- Osteoporosis and Scoliosis Management

Erika
Our yoga instructor, Erika, is dedicated to teaching Hatha and Yin yoga and brings an extraordinary passion for both yoga and teaching. With a decade of experience in dance, movement has always been her greatest love. Over ten years of exploring various dance forms and running regularly, Erika has developed a profound understanding of body awareness and control. Her deep love for yoga blossomed during COVID; through yoga, she rediscovered inner peace and a renewed sense of reverence and faith in the world.
After earning her YTT200 certification, Erika embarked on a full-time teaching journey without hesitation, committed to helping others find balance and tranquility through yoga. She continues to deepen her studies, especially in meditation, aiming to share the transformative power of yoga with as many people as possible. Xiu Linda
Xiu Linda, a dedicated yoga teacher from Fujian, China, who has been enriching our community in Singapore for the past 12 years.
Linda began her yoga journey in 2014 and has developed a passion for Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, as well as sound therapy. Experienced in teaching Hatha yoga and focused on singing bowl sound therapy, she creates a unique and calming experience for her students.
Her classes are primarily conducted in Chinese, with some English support, making them accessible for everyone. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, Linda’s classes offer a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice and explore the therapeutic benefits of sound healing.
